Zello

Most of you should have received your invitation to the new mobile phone communication app called ZELLO.  The Communications & Credentials Committee has been attending your committee meetings to introduce this new tool that essentially turns your cell phone into a push-to-talk walkie talkie.   If your committee chair wants your committee to participate, you will receive a personalized invitation to download the app.

This will easily allow you to communicate with your entire committee with one touch of a button, or allow you to search for individual Tournament members and be able to quickly communicate with them. It will also have a TEOC (Tournament Emergency Operation Center) channel to allow you to report emergencies or suspicious activities with a touch of a button.  We feel this is an ideal way to keep all Tournament members in communication.  **But also note that this is a voluntary program and you are not required to join ZELLO if you do not wish to participate.**

We will have a ZELLO representative arriving from Austin, Texas to conduct ZELLO Training / Q&A Meetings during the week of December 4th.  You are invited to attend one of these sessions if you have questions about the app, need help uploading the app or just want to learn how to maximize all the benefits of ZELLO.

Also, as a bonus, all attendees who have successfully uploaded the app will receive a free official Tournament of Roses powerbank and headset (see photo) to use during your assignment and to keep (one set per member only, for members in good standing only).

Please sign up for one of the following six sessions via the REGISTER link below (meetings will be approximately 45-minutes to one hour each, in the Rose Room);
